Management Through Digital Collaboration: An Exploration of Microsoft SharePoint Usage at the USPTO

open in viewerTo recommend alterations to the inconsistently used USPTO executive SharePoint communication system, our team: researched communication strategies, explored the preferences of the USPTO executives, and became expert users of the SharePoint software. We formulated recommendations focused on improving the efficiency, usability, and functionality of the SharePoint sites. By successfully developing and promoting a universal template, naming protocol, and useful instructional tools, our team provided the USPTO executives with a foundation on which to build an effective, dynamic, shared electronic workspace.
