Hanover LEED-EB Feasibility Study

open in viewerThe goal of this project was to provide the Hanover Insurance Group with a plan of action to achieve LEED certification for the North and South wings of their Worcester Campus. The team analyzed the current state of Hanover's buildings at 440 Lincoln Street in the categories of Site Sustainability, Energy and Atmosphere, Water Efficiency, Materials and Resources, and Indoor Air Quality The team then identified and quantified gaps that must be filled to achieve a gold level certification. Additionally, the group provided specific recommendations for closing these gaps as well as projected time-lines and budgets for achieving the certification.
