Real-time DSP-based audio equalizer

Public

The goal of this project was to design and implement a real-time digital audio equalizer that would compare with the standards of today's technology. Design considerations included various filter types, processing methods and user interface formats. Using these considerations, a system specification was developed and implemented using the Texas Instruments TMS320C6713 DSK board and MATLAB's Graphic User Interface Development Environment (GUIDE) running a PC platform. The project concluded with the realization of a functional graphic and parametric equalizer.
