Melbourne, Australia relies on social justice organizations to provide support for young people who are experiencing disadvantage due to the high youth unemployment rate and limited government programs. Our team acted as consultants to establish a new initiative for the social justice organization the Brotherhood of St. Laurence (BSL), developing a business proposal for a new social enterprise model: the Thrive Hub. This unique program will use BSL’s Advantaged Thinking approach, to create sustainable solutions and practices in order to provide young people with employment pathways, life skills and professional development coaching.
