As organizations grow, balancing resources becomes increasingly difficult. Dividing resources must be done carefully to hold themselves accountable to their ideals but also to the donors that supply them with funds. Erasmus+ Morocco, an expanding non-governmental organization (NGO) dedicated to improving education in Morocco, works to increase their efficiency and balance their resources by simplifying their data management system. Through streamlined reporting, Erasmus+ Morocco stands to better assist their beneficiaries and donors by providing complete data records. The request for proposal (RFP) eases the transition to a new platform and bridges the gaps between different parties involved.
