open in viewerIt is essential for universities to maintain student populations that work well together socially and academically. Ensuring such a population while seeking social diversity through affirmative action is challenging; however, an admission recruitment plan based partly on MBTI personality types could help reconcile these two competing goals. Using MBTI data regarding the student population of WPI obtained through previous studies, I devised a plan to recruit minority students who would be unusually likely to succeed or fit in at WPI.
