Rice School incubator feasibility study

Öffentlich

The objective of this project was to determine the viability of adapting the Rice School in Holden to house a business incubation center. Viability was defined as the ability of the incubator to generate sufficient revenue to cover startup and operating costs, and the ability to meet key success factors of business incubators as identified by case studies. This study's conclusions indicate that the project will not be able to meet financial obligations due to building conditions and size constraints.
