Design of a multi-story, multi-occupancy hotel

Public

This project is a study to determine the cost and constructability impacts of different reinforced concrete framing systems for the design of a multi-story, multi-occupance hotel. A configuration of concrete T-Beams, girders, and columns was the recommended option. Utilizing the 2000 International Building Code and following American Concrete Institute guidelines was essential to the project.
