The goal of this project, sponsored by Lockheed Martin Aircraft Argentina S.A. (LMAASA) in Cordoba, Argentina, was to prepare a benchmarking analysis of the company. Research was done in the following parameters: labor, quality, industry location, project initiation, efficiency, and cost structure. The team also researched competing companies, and made an analysis of all the information gathered. The results were put in charts and graphs, and then presented to LMAASA.

• This report represents the work of one or more WPI undergraduate students submitted to the faculty as evidence of completion of a degree requirement. WPI routinely publishes these reports on its website without editorial or peer review.
