Copper-Catalyzed Weak C-H Bond Amination
PublicDownloadable Content
open in viewerThis work demonstrates the use of hydroxylamine-based amination reagents for the amination of weak C-H bonds. The amination reagents can be used with copper to catalytically aminate weak C-H bonds. Additionally, studies were conducted looking into the role of the BnNTs-OAc intermediate in the catalytic cycle. Studies were conducted to look into the how the ligand used for the reaction factors into the mechanism. Other mechanistic studies were also carried out to investigate the pathways the reaction proceeds through.
