ECI (Expressive Constructs, Inc.) seeks to apply its pathogen detection technology to rapid diagnostic markets. The purposes of this project are to analyze the market for "rapid strep test", to identify and evaluate alliance partners and to form the product standards (e.g. sensitivity, specificity, speed, and accuracy) that best fit the market.
