This project analyzes the construction project management of the Worcester Vocational High School. Observations are made from the daily activities, interactions between the project's members, problems that occurred with the project and the project manager's role. The use of computer program Revit in the management of the project and design of a building foundation is reviewed due to changes that occurred during construction are also analyzed [sic]. A schedule and cost estimate of one portion of the project is prepared.
