The purpose of this project was to develop and design an assessment study that would help the Willis Center achieve some of its goals. This was done at the Fresh Start Program and by evaluating and redesigning some of the forms used in the current medical documentation process. Redesigning these forms will help to minimize the frequency of errors occurring, which will help the program maintain a healthy relationship with the Department of Social Services.
