The report contains the findings of a study of the homebuilding industry and its operations. The first part of the study focused on the business practices of a general contractor in constructing a house in central Connecticut. The results of the analysis were compared with the business practice of a sample of general contractors operating in the same region. Data were gathered through a questionnaire survey whose findings confirm the initial result of the study.
