We worked alongside young adults, ages 15-25, in Broadmeadows, Australia and our sponsor the Brotherhood of St. Laurence. We developed a series of career development workshops that highlight participant assets. The end result is a facilitators’ guide that prepares young people for employment while creating ePortfolios to present to potential employers. This workshop is to be piloted by our sponsor and eventually shared among other organizations in Australia that aim to increase the employment of young people.
