The goal of this project was to create an improved surveillance system for increasing ambulatory response time. This project had three objectives: literature review, design and analysis of five possible solutions, an instruction manual and recommendations for future project work. The designs were developed using Solidworks, a CAD software, and a design matrix was used to analyze. This instruction manual covers what the drone flyers should be looking for in terms of environment, patient conditions and potential risks.Recommendations for this project were developed as this project will need future students to create the most optimal solution.Earlier projects and this MQP paved the way for the development of a prototype mobile POCT ambulance for COVID-19 response.
