Evaluation of the Community Clean Energy Resiliency Initiative Application Process
PublicContenu téléchargeable
open in viewerThe Massachusetts Department of Energy Resources (DOER) has implemented the Community Clean Energy Resiliency Initiative to develop resilient systems within Massachusetts. Our project goal was to evaluate the Technical Assistance application process of the grant program. We accomplished this goal by surveying awarded applicants for feedback on their application process experience. We identified the strengths and weaknesses of the process and developed recommendations about the application distribution, time frame, process information and assistance provided by the DOER and consulting firms.
