This project involves converting a GM EV1 into a Hybrid vehicle in order to extend the mileage from 70 to 215 miles, making the EV1 appealing to the consumer. Simulations and designs are provided to show what size engine is needed and more. This technology will help manufacturers design vehicles that will pass future government regulations.
