ASSISTments is an online platform for homework and classwork, designed to give more opportunities for student feedback and insights into how to improve instruction than traditional coursework. One of the ASSISTments foundation’s newest initiatives, LiveChart, aims to do this by giving teachers a display of the actions of their students during coursework, either live or as a recording of a past class, as well as an analysis of each student’s learning on the subject of the assignment. This project developed a working initial version of LiveChart based off of a prototype. The created full version accessed the ASSISTments database to obtain all required information.
