TUESDAY APRIL 15 1947 Henry Dreyfuss and his assistant Purcell here today. Helen and Charly Stone, Elise and I took them to the Davenport club for dinner. David Palmer offered $25000 for 2136 Brady and the church owning opposite land on Main St. $30,000. I feel very strongly we should sell even at that price altho $36,000 is the price asked. Elise and Eda are about worn out in trying to clean up and divide the things. so it is very important to get rid of the house soon and finish the job.
