Public Deposited[Letter: Bill, Monday Apr.25,1938] was playing, and didn't we want to come along, so we of course decided that we did. Before we left the apartment he showed me a lot of his music and played some Schuman, as Poulenc and Hindeminth for us! We (Elise & I) then went up to International house to see if Aunt Amy were still there, but she had left, so back to pick up Eugene and off to the concert. Baptista played, very well, the Schuman Concerto(!). You see List and Baptista are both pupils of Madame Olga Samaroff Stokowski. She was at the concert, and so Eugene introduced us to her. She is amost charming
