Wednesday, September 8, 1937 Clear Fineweather ideal This morning all hands went up to the summit of Mt Wachusett. Then Elise Mathilda Hugh & Hugo & I went to the cracker factory in Westminster, then to the bird museum in Lancaster. Then to the Sears museums in Harvard where we had lunch. To the farm to see Kate & Roger. Then thru the John Woodman Higgins Museumof Armour. Florence, Chandler & Mabel Bullock called in evening We like Claiborn very much. He is very natural and unaffected.
