Friday, December 11, 1936 30 Clear Charley Wiman signed our license agreements this morning. we are all very glad this job is accomplished. Now we want to get the rest lined up. i.e. Minniapolis, Moline, Case, Massey Harris, Allis Chalmers & Oliver. King Edward over the radio gave his farewell message to the world. It was a simple statement that seemed to affect everyone by its sincerity and simplicity. He said he could not carry on the onerous duties of being king without the help and support of the woman he loved.
