Rain WEDNESDAY MAY 28 1947 Snow reported in Waterloo today. Walter, Eda, Peggy & George here for dinner in evening Walter said the deeds for the property at 2136 Brady were ready to be signed. There will be three deeds, one representing 10/12 will be signed by Eda, Elise Walter & I. This deed will be signed this week. Another deed is to be for Oty to sign. If she objects the matter may have to be settled in court. She probably will sign but may try to stall. The third deed is to be signed by Mathilda as guardian for Hugh. The church is to be given possession of the house June 15. Elises things are out, so are Eda's, but Oty has taken nothing out as yet. Walter & I agree that [Housh?] lawyer of church and Theinen will have to get her out as we don't want that job. Thienen will also be responsible for getting Oty to sign the deed.
