A very mild month dry and warm Saturday, January 31, 1931 Clear Thought of this idea today. Power lift tractor draw bar, lever auxiliary as shown Jan 15- The rear wheel of plow would be lifted by this lever and the front end of beams picked up by the tractor draw bar. Then have 2 chains so when plowing these chains would be slack and would really be the lifting connection means between plow beams and draw bar since the flexible hitch would not lift the plow as the chains would take hold first. We have kept Ed Blue on full time till now. He goes to school and we expect now to have him take Elise to schoool only in morning. At the Stones in evening, Belknaps & VanDerVoorts there too.
