wednesday, November 17, 1937 Cloudy Elise had two pines planted wehre our playhouse was. Today I finished my annuity of 50000 which I have been building up the past three years. When I'm 65 I will receive a guaranteed income of 5203 as long as I live and a slightly less amt as long as Elise lives. If there is any of the principal left it goes to the children.
