SATURDAY FEBRUARY 22 1947 Elise and I spent all morning packing various articles to send to the relatives as momentoes of Grosse. Grosse left a list of people but not list of things. so it has been hard for Elise Oty & Eda to know what to send. [Shosey?] made and appraisal of the furnishings at 2136 Brady this monring. I went on Blackhawk hike with Harry Getz this afternon. It was good to be out of doors, altho it was cold 15 ~ Later Lee had a birthday party for Pooh whose 5th birthday is Monday. 12 little girls there. Elise & I went over in late afternoon. At 2136 Brady in evening.
