Public DepositedThursday, January 30, 1913 Frank Raisbeck came in today. He has great faith in the John Deere spreader, he has had more field experience than any one else. He reported some trouble setting up front axle but we found that it went up finely trying one from stock. Tom Courtney found that the angle of the front slant of the frame was off, which made the sides come too long in some cases. Went to the Koehler's to a meeting of the Bridge Club. Snowed in the evening Fred Ginkel went to the the Deere Farm and found that the double apron spreader had spread 200 loads without giving any trouble. 110 Beaters 90 spreader frames [302.2] Bed 11.45
