So far we feel that from tests, the wide tread tractor is not safe without draw bar on truss support. A tie between rear draw bar bolt holes is effective. Draw bar not entirely effective but better than nothing. Cultivator no worse in transport than tractor less disassembly McCray reported at night from Los Fresnos that tractors are breaking badly. Braces sent here and designed Feb 1. are not good. This substantiates shop findings. We now feel a cross brace is necessary and we must work out best solution at earliest possible moment.
