40 WEDNESDAY, Feb. 9, 1927 Reached Oklahoma City at 8 - Met Cameron, Williams, Fisher & Krebs. It sleeted and was very disagreable but we went out to the field 18 miles and plowed! The plow did creditable work. Both as 2 and as three bottom B.W. McCuen said the plow did much better than he thought was possible. In a mile of travel he counted 53 corn stalks 21/2to ahill not covered. We covered 31600 making .17% uncovered. Mac thinks this is good. We should furnish wire & clip with plow.
