Tuesday, October 19, 1937 Rain rain that is much needed. Talked with Charley Wiman and Pat Murphy about Orelind. It seems that the oly way we can get Orelind is for him at least to start with to work for me. Then with the thought of in 6 months or so to transfer him to the Plow Works. This Charley Wiman agreed to. I talked with Orelind later and this plan pleased him. He promised Lindgren he would see him but said he thought without doubt he would come here.
