I.H.C. denied validety of white patent on single action disc barrow. We holding out for one claim. Decision later. I.H.C. tentatively agreed on license for one year on trailer type tractor mower. of $1200. On #6 combine IHC charged we infringed but since we have made this over a year it comes in under one license agreement fee. I.H.C. gave us drawings and their allowed and hoped for claims in quick detachable cases. This we had asked for. Amost satisfactory meeting over at 330 P.M.
