Public DepositedMonday, July 14 1941 Clear [Headlines: Chicago daily; War news] [Passenger's check: Worcester to Chicago, ILL] Reached Chicago at 830 and Moline at 150P.M. Found everything at shop seemed to be going well. Brought 6 pints of bluberries Tool one to the Brysons, one to Suzanne Silloway, who is at the Moline Hospital to have an operation on her toe. To Helen Stone expected home tomorrow from her uncle Fred Plummers funeral. The Ramseys Roys and Karl & Paula. The berries in air tight containers came thru perfectly. In evening went tosee Paula & Karl and then up to see Elises mother, I called her in afternoon and at 6 she called wanting me to come over. She seemed more calm and normal than for a long time. Susy went to camp last week. [Headlines: Moline dispatch; World news]
