Saturday, October 9, 1937 Clear In afternoon took off awnings and then scouted a hike at Andover 25 miles from Moline. Mike Bartek. After considerable chasing around there found a woods belonging to Swan Olson. It is a finewoods & should make a good hike. We start 1/2mile east of Andover and turn south east of cemetery go 1 mile and start thru pasture to woods. Simonsons called in evening.
