To maintain the operation of this factory and to establish mutually satisfactory employment relations, the following agreement is coluntarily entered into for the factory year-- between JOHN DEERE PLOW WORKS AND _________ __________________Employee The Company agrees 1. To pay for peice work at the rates posted in schedules for _____, or ____cents per hour for each hour worked at day rates____ 00 _____. For any other work not less than _______ cents per hour. 2. To finish employment as steadily as in the judgement& trade conditions permitt. An effort will be made to continue the regular schedule of operations of___days per week of ____hours. each, and ____hours per week shall be the maximum except in cases of extreme emergency. 3. To maintain the rate of wages per hour and the piece work prices during the life of this contract. A material change in the manufacturing methods or equipment for any job or piece, as heretofore, will be treated as a new job and prices determined accordingly. 4. To comply with the principles and rules of the Company as printed and posted in the Shop and pay one quarter of the sick benefit fund. JOHN DEERE PLOW CO.
