Specifications for plows 360 and 600 two cylinder tractors received today. Deliveries on tractors to begin March 1st. Found that I.H.C. simply received specifications for 600 2 cylinder tractors and not the 600 4 cylinder ones. They were excited and started to give tractors to the Government rather than let us have any. They bid $1250 less 50%. Then when they found that 600 more 4 cylinder ones were counted they were much ashamed worried and did not know what to do. If they hadlistened to Zimmerman this would not have happened. Frank went to Chicago at noon. Webster-[can't read] Dancing in evening.
