TUESDAY JUNE 3 1947 Russell Acton here today. Hi is in patent dept of IHC and has been following my work, he said, for a long time and would like to step into my plase some time. He seems to have a high regard for my development work and said he told Charley Stone he hoped to have a patent issue in the next two years that would for once be ahead of Theo Brown. He said in looking over salaries that I caused more trouble to IHC <alone by far than my salary. I hope he will decide to come with us. Charley Stone was very favorably impressed and offered him a job He is to let us know. Levin Campbell being made executive vice president of IHC may change his opportunities there. Elise Walter & I with Oty chose the remaining 15 pictures.
