MONDAY 321 Warm November 17 Clear This afternoon Elise & I went to Dr Rendlemann for an examination to see what causes the trouble with my knee. He says he thinks the trouble is mechanical rather than rheumatism and thinks it may be acute arthritis. Xrays showed nothing wrong. Teeth O.K. Tonsils diseased but not necessarily the cause of the trouble. He said my throat looked like a smokers throat. He thinks it would be wise to put the knee in a splint & says he will do it tomorrow.
