THURSDAY FEBRUARY 27 1947 Was somewhat disturbed this morning to find the steering wheel on new tractor comes in the line of vision from tractor operator's eye to the cultivator shovel as shown [Drawing: Line of vision on New Tractor] I thought of the idea of swinging the wheel to one side as shown by means of a bracket and pivot under the center of universal joint.
