Monday, May 3, 1937 Cloudy/Rain Ther is nearly four inches of excess rain since the first of the year. In April ther were few clear days. But the subsoil has a good soaking and if rains will come later crops should be fine. Hope the summer will not be a hot one. Paul ome from Spokane where he was for a month trying out the new enclosed gears on grain drills. Except for oil leakage at the top of case when drills are on very steep slope everything seemed to be alright. Paul isnow working on this seal.
