Saturday, December 11, 1937 Clear The big event today was the buying of a Black Persian Lamb coat for Elise From Richter's. Carl Richter said he gave us the coat for cost + 10% which was $32500. It seems like a very reasonable price. The coat is very handsome and is just the thing for dear Elise. We went to a most elaborate dinner at the Hechts. Present Col Ramseys, Harkness's, Rosenfields, Lambs, Stones, Seifferts, Hechts, & Theo Browns. Boned Turkey's and other things in like style.
