Tuesday, March 22, 1938 Took Mr Green thru the factory that we bought from Velie and where theL tractor is now erected. 20 a day being made. Then thru Deere & Mansur plant and the Laboratories - After lunch we went over the Sample Floor. Elise and I took Mr & Mrs Green for a ride going to the Blackhawk State Park where we sat (saw?)2 Indian houses being erected in the museum there. At the air port a plane came in and then nearly to Colona and back. We went to Elises mothers for dinner. Mrs Fiske there too.
