510 Friday, January 30, 1931 Clear Field trial of hydraulic lift for #45 plow. This trial was made in the presence of L.A. Murray, Lloyd Carlson and Ronald Everitt with Everitt on the tractor. The lift connections and crank were set to give a plowing depth of about 5" which was the frost line. The plow was lifted and dropped without difficulty in any position. The proportions were not exactly correct as the axle was too nearly vertical in lifted position. Two photos were taken before the plowing.
