open in viewerSelf-assembled monolayers on gold and glass substrates are employed as templates to direct the crystal growth and polymorphism of active pharmaceutical ingredients. Orthogonal approaches are used to control polymorphism either through complementary hydrogen-bonding interactions or through repulsive interactions.
